THOSE WHO SERVE The Samurai were the warrior knights of feudal Japan. The chaotic 16th century Sengoku period provided ample opportunity to hone martial skills along with those who made a name for themselves as warriors could even rise to the rank of Samurai from the peasant class.
Much as the knight ruled the European battlefields, the Samurai were the warrior elite of Japan. This hard plastic box set allows you to field up to 192 10mm infantry along with 32 cavalry equipped featuring yari (spear/pike), naginata (pole arm), yumi (longbow), along with katana (sword).
You can see the mix of one, two, three, and five man strips on the back of the box including the variety of weapons. There are also 12 casualty figures included to use for scenic basing or as markers.
