Refund & Returns Policy
Return Period
SuperGamers offers a 60-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when received
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for a refund or may receive a partial refund, depending on the condition of the returned item.
This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under ACL, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:
- Has a major fault
- Is not as described
- Is unsafe
- Does not perform as expected
If a product has a minor fault, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Certain health or personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Opened Electronics & Collectibles
To maintain product integrity and resale condition, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind once opened, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:
- Electronics with opened packaging
- Trading cards or collectibles with opened packaging
- Sealed media products that have been opened (such as video games, software, CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records)
This policy helps ensure customers receive brand new, unopened products.
Defective or Damaged Goods
SuperGamers provide a refund or exchange on damaged or faulty goods including all shipping costs provided the claim is supported with photo or video evidence within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please contact our customer service team at orders@supergamers.com.au to arrange for any faulty or damaged goods to be returned and assessed.
Special Orders & Bulk Orders
The following orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless faulty or supplied incorrectly:
- Custom or special order products
- Special quoted items
- Large volume or bulk purchase orders
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- The return must be requested within 60 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Return Authorisation (RMA)
Before returning an item, please contact our support team at: orders@supergamers.com.au
Please include your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) instructions if your return is approved.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing usually occurs within 3-5 business days, although bank processing times may vary.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued, including:
- Items returned not in original condition
- Items with missing components or packaging
- Items damaged after delivery not caused by our error
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Gift Returns
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit or gift certificate may be issued once the returned item has been received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
