The SuperGamers team does the very best to ensure any amendments to products or addresses after an order is placed gets actioned however, as we use advanced logistics fulfilment software, an order may be processed before any action can be taken. Hence, we may not be able to guarantee amendments

After placing an order, SuperGamers emails a confirmation email followed by an order dispatch email containing your tracking number with a select courier after your order has been processed. Should you not have received this email, please kindly check your spam/junk email boxes and if still not found, please email our dedicated customer service team.
