WHO DARES WINS! Inspired by the mobile commandos of the Boer War, the Special Air Service was formed by Britain after the fall of France in 1940.
Volunteers underwent rigorous training covering weaponry, stealth, orienteering, air and amphibious assault, demolition, along with a number of other critical skills to operate behind enemy lines. The Commandos operated extensively during World War 2 in multiple theaters.
This box set includes enough parts to build 30 SAS, SBS, or Royal Marine Commandos including a variety of headgear. Equipment includes Sten, Bren, along with Tommy guns, Lee Enfield rifles, sniper rifles, pistols, knives, a demo charge, as well as radio equipment.
