Snow Binder is a binding paste that when mixed including either Powder Snow or Wet Snow, delivers the perfect body along with density required to recreate snow of both types featuring a highly realistic effect much like actual snow. Snow Binder has a creamy along with translucent texture that does not alter the colour of the two snow textures.
After adding a couple of drops of Glossy Varnish to the previous mixture, the resulting paste should be applied using a brush, and can be diluted with water to make it more fluid. The mixture dries in 12 hours.
